Controller and contact
The controller for Anxiebuddy is ANXB Limited. Use Support for terms, privacy, and account questions.
Intended use
Anxiebuddy is intended as a personal structure for everyday exposure practice.
Not professional care
The app cannot decide what is medically or psychologically safe for a specific user.
Account responsibility
Use your own account, keep sign-in details private, and avoid adding real names, addresses, ID numbers, or unnecessary details about other people in practice notes.
Privacy and deletion
Signed-in users can export their data or delete their account from Settings.
Cost and access
Anxiebuddy is free to use. The app does not currently offer paid features, subscriptions, Stripe checkout, or paid access tiers.
Support
For non-urgent privacy, account, deletion, billing, or technical questions, email support. Please do not send practice session details, fears, symptoms, safety behaviors, locations, or other sensitive practice notes by email.
